Refund policy
We want you to love your Griddly pancake mixes! If you need to request a return, you have 30 days from the date of delivery. Please read below to see if your item qualifies.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any food items that have been opened or have a broken seal.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened, sealed bags within 30 days of delivery. If your return is approved, we may provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. For standard returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to an error on our end, return shipping will be covered in full. To start a return, contact us at hello@griddlycakes.com. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method. Original shipping charges are only refunded if the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Lost Orders
If your order is missing, please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date. For orders marked as 'Delivered' but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us. We are unable to resolve issues or issue refunds for lost orders once the 30-day window has passed.
