Our mixes contain wheat, dairy and egg, while our chocolate chip mix also contains soy. We always recommend checking the back label of your bag for complete allergen information.

Keep it in a cool dry place, once opened seal the bag tightly.

Unopened, the mix lasts up to 12 months. After opening we recommend using it within 3-4 months for the best freshness.
